1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and booking our mobile detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Our Services

PRIMESHINE AUTO LTD provides professional mobile car washing and valeting services ("Services"). We operate within Greater London and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed are baseline estimates. An exact quote will be provided upon visual inspection of the vehicle if the condition requires excessive time or labor. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prepaid online via Stripe or booked under a corporate account.

4. Vehicle Conditions and Belongings

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle and belongings, we request all personal property, valuables, and child seats be removed before our arrival. PRIMESHINE AUTO LTD will not be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

Pre-existing damage: We will inspect your vehicle prior to service and document existing damage. We cannot be held liable for peeling clear coat, loose trim, or ripped upholstery that worsens during standard cleaning processes.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.

6. Liability

PRIMESHINE AUTO LTD is fully insured. However, our liability is limited strictly to the cost of the service provided unless proven negligence by our staff directly caused damage to the vehicle during the course of our service.
